Executive Diploma in Service Management (EDSM)
Entry Qualification:
- Three passes in G.C.E. (A/L) examination or an equivalent examination and five years of executive level working experience after obtaining the above educational qualification
or
- Diploma in Service Management or Diploma in International Business conducted by the IHRA and 3 years working experience with active involvement in related field/s
or
- Professional or any other qualification and or experience approved by the Institute
