The Professional Entry/First Level to Hotel Industry

A 4 months (16 – Week) Certificate Program

  • 4 months 16 weeks course is entirely devoted to an intensive study in Entry/First Level and English for Hospitality Industry. The balance period of the course is devoted to 30% theory and 70% practical relating to the relevant course.
  • At the conclusion of the course, a written and practical test will be conducted on the subjects concerned, in the medium of English.
  • On successful completion of this course, an industrial experience will be provided in leading Star Class Hotel in Colombo and in the Island.
  • Students will be eligible to apply for the 6 months DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT Course after Completion of the Professional Entry/First Level to Hotel Industry.
  • An interview will be held for selection of students from First ENTRY/FIRST LEVEL & DIPLOMA IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT.

  • Hotel Front Office
  • Hotel Housekeeping
  • Professional Cookery
  • Pastry & Bakery

  • Professional English for Hospitality
