Founded in 1996 in Sri Lanka under the Companies Act No: 17 of 1982 No. PV11349 , PATHE Global Campus (PGC) formerly People’s Academy for Tertiary & Higher Education (referred in trade name as- PATHE Academy) aims to create an inclusive organizational culture that fosters acceptance and respect for diversity. In doing so, we seek to deepen understanding and knowledge, promote student and staff well-being, and help everyone achieve their full potential. The Quality Assurance:
All Lecturers are selected after a serious interview by a panel of professionals. The PATHE council lays down criteria for recruitmentof each training department. All lecturers are continuously evaluated through the anonymous Lecturer Feedback System. The examination department officers distribute such feedback forms to the students on the 3rd day of the class where the students render their feedback and it is dealt in keeping utmost confidentiality and secrecy through the academic section.

Student facilities:
Students are provided with related support in emergency medical care, professional counseling , scholarship schemes, installment payment and study loan schemes and in most programmes. Student service office offered help to students in their day to day activities related to their program and stay at the campus.  STUDENT club and student council operates by students. PATHE also maintains a active alumina.

CSR
– PATHE Global Campus maintains CSR programmes to develop education, carrier guidance, water resources for rural areas and other key areas.

Teaching Staff:
PATHE maintains a pool of panel of lecturers from the universities and professionals from ADMINISTRATIVE service and blue chip companies. Some Lecturers are from Foreign universities and some are Foreign professional volunteers. The Lecture panel consist of 20 Senior Lecturers and 115 Lecturers.

Education & Training:
We have a variety of teaching methods, combining the traditional Lecturers with seminar teaching, team- based group projects and laboratory-based practical. PATHE is proud of its small group teaching methods which help to develop analytical, presentation and COMMUNICATION skills. PATHE use innovative delivery methods integrated with video conferencing, online education,  Webinars and guest lectures.

Student population:
The student categories includes those over 16 years of age and  adults. We offer more than 1000 people our education services. We have approximately over 1000 students at any time studying in campus.

Research & Funding:
There is an international network of organizations PATHE is linked within corporation and research activities. PATHE has participated in many a programme funded by International Organizations specially CONNECTED to SIDA & VISBY fund programmes.
